Rush is on probation for illegal (non) prescriptions, this could violate the terms of his settlement. While Viagra is no big deal, the very fact that he'd be back in the un-prescribed controlled drugs business could spell trouble for him.

Frankly, I could give a damn what pills he takes. I'm much more concernd about him warping the minds of millions of people with disinformation, RNC propaganda, coverups and smears. That's the real crime.
