Thanks for the additional clarification Richard. The defense attorney claimed there was insufficient evidence or just that the case was weak? The prosecutor advised the judge that the state believes it has sufficient evidence, or just that their case is strong? Did the defense attorney advise the judge why the state's case is weak?
