American Technology Corporation Expects Fiscal 3rd Quarter Revenues to Double 2nd Quarter Revenues
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 28, 2006--American Technology Corporation (ATC) (NASDAQ:ATCO), a leading innovator of directed sound products and solutions, today reported that it expects fiscal 3rd quarter revenues will be $3 million for the period ending June 30, 2006, more than double the revenues the Company reported for its fiscal 2nd quarter ended March 31, 2006. The Company also announced that it expects revenues for its fiscal 4th quarter ending September 30, 2006 will equal or exceed revenues anticipated for its fiscal 3rd quarter ending June 30, 2006.
"We have made substantial progress in resolving the parts and manufacturing issues we discussed in our second quarter conference call," said John Zavoli, president and chief operating officer of ATC. "We are shipping orders from our over $7 million backlog to customers of our Commercial and Government & Military groups.
