Ruff, what did you think of the testimony given today in the Senate Hearing? I thought Agueire was very credible. I think the hedge fund issues are going to be delt with sooner than later. I also think that the case that Byrne brought against Gradient is far more legitimate today than it was yesterday. Any comment?
