Dominican Republicans go there to get laid with third world prostitutes, some who are very-very young, and of both sexes. I don't know what Rush's kink is, but he's definitely been rumored to be gay. On the other hand, he could just be into teenaged black chicks for $30 a pop. In which case he needs a lot of Viagra. But no way you go to that island if you want to just fish or hit the beach. Except for a few elite polo resorts, the only other gringo R+R there is sex.
