I'd like to see a law barring anyone that has ever been elected to national office from EVER lobbying or working for a company that does business with the government. It really ticks me off to see a guy that was on a particular committee retire and then go directly to work for a company that his committee had been involved in giving government funds to. It always make me wonder...did this guy vote in particular ways because he thought it best served the country, or did this guy vote that way because he thought it best served his resume for that company?
