Posted some time ago over at Yahoo, that I believe the current management was shooting for a 2nd half July release of 6 months consolidated figures incl. the restatements of the past adjusted for the options hanky panky. I believe that still may be the master plan but also that they still failed to obtain another extention to cover same plan. Getting interesting, we will see. The alternative could be that they want to drive down the price in the pennies, squeeze out Tomasetta and his guys cheap and take the company private with plans to do a new IPO. ICST thus went public twice before IDT picked them up and their new CEO Hock Tan mastering that made some nice dough in the process. Taro
