Bill CLinton is irrelevant to Bush invading Iraq without a plan, and ignoring the CIA telling him there were no WMD and Al Qaida connections. Clinton hadn't had any hands-on experience with Iraq in years. His last move was to bomb the living daylights out of all suspected weapons sites in 1998.
The rightwing complained at the time. They also complained when Clinton bombed Bin Lauden's camps. They also complained when Clinton took out a dangerous dictator Molosovic withiout a single US casualty. Clinton was a far more effective president that Bush.

Bush's greatest accomplishments have been letting 9-11 happen, doubling the price of gas, getting our entire military quagmired in Iraq based on a bunch of lies, and taking away our civil liberties and fair elections.
