Thanks for that too. I'm glad the case went to the SC...we've never had to face a Global War like this one before...where the combatants aren't from only one country, and don't wear a uniform of any one country. Bush, has been flying with only the best advice he can get on the situations as they come up, so it is good that the SC rules on some of these matters. Maybe eventually some of the folks who are constantly criticizing the President, will learn, as will we all, what procedures need to be done.

Of course, Russia just sent out orders for the barbarian terrorists to be found, and killed.

No tribunal trials for them. Or any other kind of trials, either.

It should be noticed by some of our Leftie friends that the US doesn't do that. Even if the temptation might be there.
