Didn't know the number of Reg S shares(they did 30-1 split,and they do exist), but said they were included in the outstanding number(as they are tradeable-I still don't think he is correct); he didn't seem to be concerned.
He also said there was a short position,as is normal, didn't know how many, but he didn't seem concerned. IMO there isn't much of a short position anymore,thus no concern..
