I'm don't buy that the market is reacting currently to old news, efforts by some notwithstanding. It's a pretty safe bet that the market has already priced in the recent dilution. My holdings have gone from 0.0155 pps at 1.8b shares outstanding to 0.0027 pps at 4.9b shares outstanding (and acknowledged those convertible preferred in private hands). Looks pretty dilute to me.

The market decides now where the PLNI share price goes based on operational performance. Yahoo has no PLNI board, but the old issues and FUD have already been fully vetted on IHUB, RB, and here.

And for what it's worth, PLNI at about 0.0110 with current O/S would graduate from a nano-cap to a micro-cap.
