We have definitely progressed to the Twilight Zone. Bush and Cheney want to scrap the Constitution based on 1% threat chances, and Gore thinks a nuclear exchange is preferable to global warming. Can we please get some grownups into the national discourse, particularly in positions of leadership or candidacies for the same? Sheesh.
