Silly 'assumptions'....

1) no one needs to pay more taxes then legally required. There *is* a difference between organizing one's affairs to take advantage of every legal gambit and opportunity, and illegal tax evasion.

(PS --- as I've previously posted, the bequest is NOT given in one fell-swoop. It's PHASED IN over several years. No law against that.)
