Are you aware of who that 'witness' is? He woke up that morning to read on Dow Jones that he was an 'unindicted co-conspirator', in the Prosecutor's eyes. I know of at least one person who was scheduled to testify and decided not to because of that so-called 'leak'.

How convenient for the Prosecution. Intimidation, not a search for truth, ruled the day. Regardless of guilt or innocence, any citizen can be intimidated by the prosecutor's power to allege. This power is oft-used, I have learned, and this knowledge is dispiriting to all who learn it.

We are brightened by justice and saddened by its absence.

I often wonder how Mr. Breen feels about himself.
