It is very easy to predict weather to 10 to 15 days out. Climate is much harder to predict. The farmers almanac had anomalously good prediction one year out. It is not known what techique they used. All you have to do is harness 1 million computers with well known fluid flow transforms and multiple input to predict weather very well. There is not a lot of interest in anthing that useful, although I could do it quite cheaply. The trouble is getting money to hire the 4 or so programmers to do it and advertise the thing on the net. Getting the participants once the program is written would not be too hard. It is worth money.

Aurelian also issued 363,636 broker warrants entitling the holder thereof to purchase 363,636
common shares of Aurelian at a price of $2.75 per common share until October 27, 2007."
