If you buy the Acrobat application (not the free reader) you can copy and past the text, or save the PDF to a different file name on your home drive and it becomes totally editable. You can also save to a different format like .rtf (rich text format). Then if you want to re-save or copy in to MSWord or something you can. You can do lots more with the Acrobat application and its not that expensive for rich pot farmers like you.
