I got curious as to exactly what asymmetric warfare was so I wiki'd it. Talk about complicated. It is understandable that the SC decision is considered complex and deep. Just take a look and you'll know what I'm talking about. en.wikipedia.org OTOH Graham seems to have a handle on drafting a new bill or resolution, so I'm heartened that the action will be swift. Also can't wait to see who votes how.
