It is an inability to think that has the ACLU persuing the censor free speech agenda and the sad state of education that allows them to get anywhere. A picture is a picture and the picture of any portrait of a person made in the image of God is not offensive.

It's just a picture. Mohammed would offend some Muslims, not me.

If a majority of those who go to a facility found something offensive, I would hope the person who has the legal right to place such would remove it. That is what America is about.
