when real estate prices start to seriously decline, the inventory numbers will explode higher. real estate is THE retirement plan for a lot of people. They feel they can spend everything they make because their house can fund retirement. when that appears to be in jeopardy, they will panic. I think it's a good time to start a real estate auction business.
