If you don't have much depth of spectrum, are you as a company going to launch a big promotion to get more customers? Probably not right?

I am pretty sure in my recent investigations of the VIVO switch, the coverage hole is an issue in Brazil.

CDMA is actually doing quite well in developing markets in Asia outside the grip of the Eurocartel.
