Ok Slack, What are some reasons for GSM success? Is it that the majority of subscriber adds are the lower level of users who just want service? GSM still enjoying first to market advantage? CDMA operators unable to exploit the differentiation available with CDMA capabilities? Price of handsets? Total system costs?

When - if at all, do the forces conspire to turn the tide?
