YTXP Appoints Robert Walden as Chief Information Officer
RICHARDSON, TX, Jun 29, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- YTXP Corporation ("TXP") (OTCBB: YTXO), a global provider of pre-manufacturing services for the electronics industry, today announced that Robert Walden has joined the company in the newly created position of chief information officer.
Mr. Walden, age 35, brings over 12 years of experience designing and managing IT systems. Most recently, he served with 7-Eleven, Inc. where he was chief architect and manager for emerging technologies. While at 7-Eleven, Mr. Walden was responsible for enterprise architecture and systems integration strategy, designing and developing enterprise portals, content management systems, and other company-wide technology solutions, which resulted in significant cost reductions, while improving both internal and external communications. Mr. Walden has also worked as a systems architect for CitiFinancial Mortgage, and as director of Internet marketing at The Associates. Mr. Walden has a BA in Economics from the University of North Texas.
