Doubt seriously that Nokia has to exert any influence in Finland itself. The "Euro nut socialists" is not a refernece to Europe in general but to the wireless cabal...the big black eye here is that they did block CDMA on the continent. If GSM is so great what are they afraid of.
But remember that the Euro patents courts do get great marks for finding in favor of QCOM in the WCDMA battle. I still have hopes that this same non prejudiced integrity will guide the Euro commission in reviewing the current complaint.
