Well, great! Here I was worried about my idle speculation and you had done the research. Based on today's volume, the street is finding out also. I vaguely remember that the rumors were that IBM was the company that bought the implanter that IBIS sold.

Thank you very much for the heads up. SIMOX was always a good technology waiting for applications. This is a pretty good one (excuse my brief cheerleading).
