I KNOW it benefits the "employers", but I don't think it benefits the NATION.

Most of these guys are just lawyers spouting out the stuff that their staffers explain to them. You can't tell me that being in congress for 10 years makes you a "real" authority on the cost/benefit analysis of the latest weapons system.

I know it might not pass "judicial review", but I ALSO know that a guy with a history/law degree ain't hired by a defense contractor because of his engineering acumen.
