Illegal surveillance by Bushies must stop. Blaming the press for it is like a bankrobber blaming the eye-witness who ID'ed him to the police. It's an evasion, it's dishonest, it's un-American and it's protecting gross abuses of power and criminal misbehavior.

What Bushies never tell the people is that the FISA court was set up speficially to give them permission (as well as oversight) to allow them to conduct all such investigations. Therefore there is no reason for Bushies to be breaking the law unless they are hiding something they don't want any of us to know about, like how they are monitoring political opponents, the press, judges and lawyers, etc. All that stuff which has nothing to do with terrorism.
