Dems could capitalize by having a frank discussion about whether they think we are at war and if so, how they intend to prosecute that war. I saw O'Reilly interview Kerry last night and even though he's finally received some coaching and he's more polished politically, he simply reiterated Bush's ideas in regards to the WOT. More no new ideas from the dems, just more of the same politics of personal destruction, which Kerry freely engaged. It really, really gets old. Since they are being afforded the same rights as other criminals in this country, wouldn't it just he something if U.S. courts allowed the Gitmo insurgents/terrorists to post bail before trial.
