Officially declare war on terrorists ? You've got to be kidding. Congress can't do anything about anything, and they don't want too. Besides, if Congress declares war on "terrorists", what does that make captured terrorists ? What I'm afraid of is that the power to rule that is now being granted to Bush will be granted to Hillary in 4 years. King George is bad enough, but Queen Hillary would be the Queen of Hearts.
