Good Lord!!! Pink sheets???

What happened??? The last time I looked at Vitesse (circa 1998/9) they were a high-flying Wall Street darling. I was looking to buy, but all of the growth, and then some, was already priced into the shares. So I passed at that time. What in the world ever happened to them to bring them down to this level?
