Hi EK, Long story, but the pink sheet listing was caused by untimely accounting reports. Those were do to the need to restate the accounting to show stock option work. BOD has dispute with CEO over the timing of those options.

Accounting is supposed to be resolved in July/August time frame and should allow them to re-list with NASDAQ Comp.
