We all knew about Bush tracking bank accounts weeks after 9-11 when he publicly bragged about it. The issue here is not bank account tracking it's why Bush-Cheney continue to snub theri noses at the mandatory FISA courts and the mandatory oversight of congress. They want to operate without any rules, laws, accountability or ethics. And we all know guys like CHeney and Rove cannot be trusted. They could very well be undermining our entire democracy this way.
