Yard, rebar is used extensively in high rise construction made of concrete as opposed to steel. It is used a lot in multi story parking decks which are constructed mainly from concrete. The problem on the bulloney board is that a few of the nitwits think that PLNI makes rebar from plastic. There is some rebar in the development stage that is made from fiber but currently 99.99% of the rebar used is steel. The only things PLNI makes for concrete construction are the rebar supports which keep rebar in place when concrete is poured.
