This proves the illegal spying really has little or nothing to do with counter-terrorism, my suspicion all along.

If the Bushies really cared about knocking out Al Qaida they'd not have disbanded Clinton's Al Qaida desk in the WH, not let Saudis out of the country after 9-11, not let Osama go at Tora Bora and not pulled out of Afghanistan to concetrate on Iraq, a country with no real ties to terrorism.
