This is about gross abuse of power by Bush-Cheney, and the fact that they could use this unbridled warrantless wiretapping scam to spy on anyone they want, including political opponents and business cronies' opponents. They could eavesdrop on prosecutors and lawyers who are indicting Bushies for crimes. They could a lot of nefarious un-American illegal things, and they probably are. One thing we have learned, you can never trust a Bushie with our money, our environment, our military or our privacy laws.
