Cheney is trying to rip up the Constitution. Colin Powell stated that. Cheney's lawyer Addington is the one who's trying to basically rip up the Constitution, get rid of checks and balances, voting rights, privacy rights, free speech, the free press and other civil liberties and pretend the White House can violate any law they like so long as we're "at war".

No wonder Bush-Cheney talk about an endless war. Because they want to endlessly break the laws.

for instance, after congress passed a law banningf torture, Bush simply claimed we're at war so he can ignore that law and do anything he wants. The same applies to all areas of the Constitution.

Impeachment time, baby.
