Since I have had two seat belt ... failure to wear... citations and paid fines I should probably be against them. However, having lost some friends in car accidents who were not wearing seat belts I buckle up every time.. By choice. If I had my way, which I don't of course, I would ban talking on cell phones while driving. A recent article I read compares this as being as bad as driving while drunk.
