Why not simply amend the Constitution, eliminating the First Amendment? That would sweep away a lot of that muddled thinking you're upset about. Those so-called journalists wouldn't have a leg to stand on. Come to think of it, why not eliminate the whole Bill of Rights? It's all so 18th Century. Out with the bathwater, don't you think?
