Q needs to make a bold public move here and acknowledge that it is under attack or something to the effect of "what appears to be a coordinated move" kind of statement. Rehashing what it is seeking against NOK and Broadcom and the potential financial risk for those scumbags. If the Q is in fact holding all of the cards in the GSM suit and sitting on a good resolution in India, I'll cut them a little slack. The opinion of the Q by the general investing public is being destroyed and the Q has not launched a convincing counter attack yet.
