LBighorn, There was a time, when my family had a small corporation, that I hated all unions as if they were lice. But from what I hear about the treatment huge, global, corporations are doing to their employees, I have changed my view just a bit. A single employee in one of those corporations doesn't stand a chance of getting decent treatment, benefits, or wages, unless the fat cats are made to do so.
