Please read previous posts to follow the
earlier train of thought.

Two guesses, $7.5 and $17.5 mm, were conjectured
for revenue implications for CYMI given the ASMLF
Korean announcement. The simple math employs an
historical Net margin of 10% and 28 mm shares. The
bottom line "impact" also ignores support revenue.

If the truth is somewhere in between the revenue
guesses, then 3 to 6 cents represents the potential
implication to the bottom line.

Ten similar announcements/qtr. would be nice.<g>
But this brings up a legimate concern voiced by a
threader (Cary?) yesterday about the size of this
market and the sustainablilty for Cymer's growth:
will additional deals the size of today's ASMLF
annoucement be forth coming to warrant optimistic P/E's.

Don't shoot the messenger as I am a CYMI shareholder.
Let's discuss CYMI's prospects with dollar estimates
and logic. For instance, how many additional fab plants,
existing, under development or planned will employ how
many Cymer lasers for how much revenue
given 80% market share?

Good investing all.
