labs.anandtech.com shows 3 3800+ X2 AM2 parts. ADA3800CUBOX 89W AM2 $302 shipped ADO3800CUBOX 65W AM2 $368 shipped (preorder) ADD3800CUBOX 35W AM2 $415 shipped (preorder) I don't know if the 65w and 35w are 90nm or 65nm but I'm guessing all 3 are 90nm.
