I understand, but the answer is balance. I like incentives, I know what they do for me. The american automobile manufacturer only survived because of incentives and intense competition. It looks like they need to continue to talk.

The teachers unions don't supply incentives nor do they weed out the inferior teachers. I am seeing a lot of private schools pop up. This has it's down side socially but the strike also pulls out the best teachers.

I went to electronic school in my middle 40's. I wanted to know what was going on. The laid off union workers from Whirlpool couldn't cut it and WP was paying for it.

I was always a single employee without a union or was self employed. I treated both jobs the same. My job my company, my company my job, it is the same if you want to eat.<b/>
