Buffett is a hypocrite. He wants the rich to pay more taxes, but does not volunteer to pay the rates he wishes others to be assessed.

This is probably why he does not feel like a whole person. Only a whole person personally dispatches their personal obligations. He wants the government to fill in for him, but not using his dimes.
