Yup, it's mine. A pretty good idea as well, I must say. What do you think - if the US offered Israeli citizens American citizenship and a stipend of say $60k per year for the next 6 years, with the understanding that US financial support for Israel stops in ~2 years and the offer has to be accepted before then, how many Israelis do you think would immigrate and relocate to the US?
