Edwin, I posted here this morning as a lark. But I guess that
attracted those who have this thread bookmarked.<G>

You said...
My take:
Short term bullish to 29 where I sell 1000 of 2000.
Medium Term bearish to 23 - the bears haven't even
begun scaring people with Nomai.
Long term bullish to the moon.

Nothing wrong with being cautious. We have two types of
posters on the main thread: type A wants to convince
others to be bullish at all costs.
Type B seeks truth.

I agree with your long term assessment, especially in light
of Iomega opening up foreign markets. They just named a
master distributor for HongKong. Please see...
exchange2000.com
But the HongKong distributor might also buy disks from Nomai.<g>
You know how business ethics are impaired in China. See the MS
campaign to stop software piracy there.

I have little else to say that hasn't been said on the Nomai threat.
It is a developing story. Short term it can only hurt the stock or be
neutral - at best. There is a similar situation with inkjet cartridges,
except with a switch.
HP was sued by Nu-Kote for altering their design. That made Nu-Kote
replacement cartridges incompatible with HP printers. Don't know what
happened with that suit. It would be worthwhile to study THAT.

I'll just hang on to my IOM - it is only about 5% of my investments.
Where it much more, I would also do some tricky stuff.

Regards GM
