He (and Rove) engaged the use of feeble minded people (or at least they looked that way) in 2000 to vote for Gore but two months prior to the election, he had operatives to stop them from going to the gym. In this way, they were unable to punch through the hanging chads. And guess what, it worked! In 2004, it was much simpler. He simply (along with Rove of course) pointed the hurricane machine toward Ohio and all of the Diebold machines. Diabolical, I tell you, but you figured us out.
