They might... keep in mind most Israeli settlers are there just for the free land... And with 9% Israeli unemployment, probably closer to 20% among the 18-28 year old age group, and the ability to avoid mandatory military service, I would think loads of young Israelis would jump at the chance to immigate to the USA with a guaranteed $100k annual salary for a few years. It makes a lot more economic sense for the USA to do that (and gain a hard working ambitious young workforce) than to support 200 more years of warring sectarian killing in the Middle East.
