"Are you the jury and judge"....NO he's not, but nobody else seems to be either. And THAT'S the scary part. They picked those guys up with no real "proof" of anything they did and that's why they don't want to take them in front of real juries. They want to put them in front of military "rubber stamp" tribunals and avoid having to present any real evidence. This stupidity IS finding a jury and that jury is the BILLIONS of Muslims that now judge the U.S. with even more of a bias than seen in our military tribunals. Bush stupidity will probably taint us for generations to come.
