I talked to the IR person this afternoon. Her name is Joyce Wokaly. She said they cannot say anything until the suit is settled. She would not say when that will be, only that they are talking.

On the positive side, Joyce has been with the company for some time. She was the IR person two years ago when I first called the company. She would not confirm or deny anything. I asked her about Catalyst-No comment.

So I guess we are right back to where we started. But the company is there, they are doing something, and the employees are not running away. Look on the bright side, what more could we lose?
