Tom: I'm also interested in this one, but I'll warn you. I've followed GASS for a while, and have bought it and sold it. The reason the price has gone nowhere is simple. Earnings have steadily gone nowhere, mostly due to mismanagement and dilution. The reason no one is interested is that they apparently plan to continue diluting the stock (recently they asked and got approval to raise the limit to 50 million shares.) Management has historically not given a damn about stockholders by doing a lot of regulation S type sales, options to buy GASS at a discount to the market. What has me interested now is that gass prices are very high. Even the clowns who run this company (look at the chart for the past 3 years) cannot help but make money this time around.
